Balmain Junior Touch Association AGM 2021

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Venue: Zoom Video Conference

All members are invited to attend.

The purpose of this AGM is to consider the following agenda items:

  • Welcome / apologies
  • Minutes from previous AGM
  • Accept the Annual Report
  • Ratify merging the Balmain Touch Seniors with Juniors and to change the name to "Balmain Touch Association Incorporated"
  • Approve a new constitution
  • Election of Executive Officers
  • General business

In accordance with the proposed new constitution, the five positions listed below will be specified on the executive committee and there will a further four positions to be appointed by the executive:

  1. President
  2. Vice President (1)
  3. Vice President (2)
  4. Secretary
  5. Treasurer

If you would like to nominate for a position you must complete this nomination form by 30 June 2021.
