Four Representative Positions Available

Seniors Administration Co-ordinator - Senior Representative Seasons (1 Position)

 Balmain Touch Association seeks an individual to take on the role as an Administration Coordinator for our Senior representative touch football program. This position will plan, manage and be responsible for the administration side of our Senior representative season and be a point of call for all Women and Men players. The position will report to the Executive of BTA and have at all times their assistance. The Seniors’ programs and season will commence from April up until the Senior State Cup in early December.

The role will include but not be limited to:

  • The establishment of the seasons’ full calendar of all representative events.
  • Assist with the coordination of schedules, meetings, trials, competition dates and all operations.
  • Provide essential communication to all Representative players
  • Co-ordination of equipment/uniform/fees etc with Gear committee for relevant managers to distribute.
  • General administration tasks related to the operational delivery of the Seniors Balmain Touch Program.

Juniors Administration Co-ordinator - Junior Representative Seasons (1 Position)

Balmain Touch Association seeks an individual to take on the role as an Administration Coordinator for our Junior representative touch football program. This position will plan, manage and be responsible for the administration side of our Junior representative season and be a point of call for all Male & Female players & team officials. The position will report to the Executive of BTA and have at all times their assistance. The Juniors’ program and season will commence from around the completion of the domestic Monday competition up until the Junior State Cup in middle February.
 
The role will include but not be limited to:

  • The establishment of the seasons’ full calendar of all representative events.
  • Assist with the coordination of schedules, meetings, trials, competition dates and all operations.
  • Provide essential communication to all Representative players & team officials.
  • Co-ordination of equipment/uniform/fees etc with Gear committee for relevant managers to distribute.
  • General administration tasks related to the operational delivery of the Juniors Balmain Touch Program.

Coaching Co-ordinator – Mens & Womens (2 Positions)

Balmain Touch seek individuals for these 2 positions to plan, oversee and implement the BTA coaching Program for our representative teams for Senior Vawdon Cup, Senior State Cup & Junior State Cup. The 2 appointees would be expected to liaise with the BTA Coaching Director & together, on the Coaching programs of Balmain Touch Association & oversee the appointed respective Team Coaches.
